Today we’re going to start doing something very cool that is going to add value to your business.  We’re officially launching the Sacramento Marketing Labs Podcast.  This podcast will serve a couple purposes:

1.  Will showcase local Sacramento small businesses or organizations that are using social media and internet marketing to grow their business and brand.

2.  Will give me an opportunity to start providing weekly content for you to help you expand your online reach.

I think this is going to provide you with real world experience of some local businesses that are having success.

The first podcast we’re doing is interviewing sacramento coworking community, The Urban Hive.  I was very excited to have met the owners a few months ago as I had heard about them because of all the buzz that they were creating on Twitter.

The biggest thing I saw from watching how their buzz was being created, was that fact that THEY weren’t creating the buzz!  Sounds weird, but it’s true.  I heard about The Urban Hive from friends in my Twitter Stream.  They had developed a community that was passionate and excited about what these folks “were up to.”

The Urban Hive is not only a coworking space in Sacramento, but after spending time at the Hive, you start to get the feeling that it’s a MOVEMENT!
